-Prenatal appointments discuss your birth  & postpartum plan, fears and concerns, exercises and diet that fit your specific pregnancy, and unlimited communication via text/ call. 

-Labor and delivery support - I am on call once you have reached 37 weeks

-Postpartum appointments contain lactation support, light housekeeping for baby, meal preparation, providing resources to help your transition, emotional support, and assistance with newborn care.

-Overnight Services are provided a minimum of 7 hours/night up to 6 weeks postpartum (can extend to 8 weeks based on availability)
